That picnic table is sagging in the middle. Probably one of those put-it-together-yourself jobs from Ikea.

That's cheating though. The complexity comes from aging slowly in a barrel.

We did 6 miles and my shins are killing me. I think my feet aren't used to heavy shoes, as compared to the minimalist running shoes I wear.
