shit music aside, the production quality of these home made youtube music vids is pretty amazing.

this one might be official, but wasn't the 'friday' chick completely amateur?

The song was written by a company that makes generic pop songs. I think they wrote one of the ones that the girl in the orginal post sings too. The jeans one.

Miley Cyrus was in the media lately for bashing girls posting stuff like this on youtube and becoming famous. She was saying it should harder for them to become famous which is ironic because Disney would have never "discovered" her if it wasn't for her dad.

the formula is pretty simple.

1. pick a topic, create a lyrics mainly repeating said topic over and over again.
2. get teens/preteens to sing it, run it through autotune. a few times.
3. throw some fruity loops beat track behind it
4. create narcisistic video of said chicks (and producers)

and... done. post on youtube, call it a day.
