True, the Kursk has been down there for a few years now. They'll probably say that the submariners are still down there, manning the portable Lenin's tomb with pride.

I would experience considerably more shrinkage if submerged 15,000 feet in ice cold water.

I have no idea, but I know they needed to recover the nuclear powerplant for the sub. So I'd think it's either UK or American, but don't quote me on that.
