Some friends of ours wanted some and they couldn't find them, so we bought them a package and mailed it last week.

The guy immediately dumped a can of soda on their rug, and used the Shamwow like in the commercial

Apparantly it worked as advertised.

I used to have this thing called Sammy the Shammy when I was in high school I got at Brookstone. It was a synthetic Chamois in a little carrying tube they touted as used by Olympic swimmers. Since I first heard of this Shamwow I suspected the differences between it and the old one are scant.

It's probably the same exact thing actually, just got a new marketing campaign.
