Well that is stupid because there is nothing more vegan than breastfeeding.

I don't like it because it's organic. In fact, for me, that has zero to do with why I like it. 100% flavor decision.
 
I made butter in the kitchenaid a couple months back.

Had some heavy cream nearing its expiry date, threw it in the mixer with the whisk attachment and let it run. I've always been afraid of overwhipping cream when I'm making whipped cream for desserts or whatever... it takes a long ass time after stiff peaks before butter starts to form, and when it does, it happens all of a sudden.

Saved the buttermilk for pancakes, worked some sea salt into the butter... gotta say it came out damn good.
