thanks babe, ill keep this in mind for sure.You are SO lucky!! I learned that my beloved spinach actually hinders the absorption of iron because of the type of acids it contains. So, I quit that last week. The severe deficiancy didn't show up until recently, btw. And i've been doing this "hardly to no meat" thing for almost a year. So, be careful, cuzx you've been thru some sicknesses that could have altered your gut & the ease of absorption.

Who lives on a huge abundance of seafood & fish? It's not that filling for me.
The point is, meat is the best available & richest form of heme iron.
Not all chicken parts contain the same amount of iron. I cannot stand thigh meat, or organs.
Turkey is gross on the regular.
Veal is a baby animal - you savage.
It's also how everything is prepared. I do know a ton about this whole issue, trust.
