The drive to Zion from Vegas was one of the most beautiful I've taken.Southern Utah. 2 hours from Vegas.
What way did you go? Cause most of the drive between here and Vegas is ugly. I’ll give you the drive from hurricane up to Zion is quite nice. The drive to Zion from Vegas was one of the most beautiful I've taken.

I have no idea. But remember, I'm from a place where the highest elevation is 345', which is something you couple quadruple over an easy hike in Utah. What way did you go? Cause most of the drive between here and Vegas is ugly. I’ll give you the drive from hurricane up to Zion is quite nice.
We were at 9500 feet over the 4th. My husband who’s always lived below 2500 took till the day we left to adjust and not feel like crap.I have no idea. But remember, I'm from a place where the highest elevation is 345', which is something you couple quadruple over an easy hike in Utah.
And we also got to see a ton of military jets as well. It was awesome.
I hiked at 10,300 on the 4th. Altitude gives me the wicked farts, yo.We were at 9500 feet over the 4th. My husband who’s always lived below 2500 took till the day we left to adjust and not feel like crap.
It only bothered one of my kids though. The other three were fine and they’ve all been in Phoenix most their lives.
I think because I cannot do altitude I want to. I'd love to hike to Everest base camp someday, but alas, that will never happen. Over about 7,000 feet I'm non-functional and even at 7k I'm nauseous and dizzy and have an evil headache. I'm jealous of your 10k farts.I hiked at 10,300 on the 4th. Give me a bunch for advance warning and I can probably see you in Scotland. They have some mountains up there too... we can yodel at Ben Nevis
HAI BUDDY GUESS WHO YOULL BE NEARI may be in DC for an industry conference in Sept. I'm planning on a few extra days to sightsee as it's been like 25+ years since I was last there. I need to book flights and hotel/Airbnb.

A guy I used to work with hiked to base camp. It totally ruined the fantasy for him because it was giant trash heap of a human shit hole.
