An rather cool article how old school analog tech in some military systems was superior to current digital tech. They focus, especially, on the fire control systems of the Iowa class battleships 16 inch guns in comparison with the now failed Zumwalts smartgun system that is now dead since the shells cost almost 1 million dollars each to fire.

Ladybutt is ambivalent-minus about her being up there. I think its cute though. I get to sit down and use her as a headrest. She will put her head on my shoulder. She wags her tail and thwacks Ladybutt in the head with it.

whats strange is that he was looking reallllly fuckin rough in 2007, like he either had untreated radiation poisoning, or a bad meth habit.

And he got arrested for stealing smoke detectors.. 25 years after the whole boy scout thing.

God fragit. Need a new arbor bolt for my chop saw. Visit three hardware stores today. All have lefthand thread bolts, but none have metric.
Bite the bullet and go to manufacturers website. Price isn't bad.

Fucking shipping is $12 for one week delivery.

Worst part is I didn't break the damn bolt. Someone at the racecar shop did after I told them it was lefthand thread.
