I should proof read things before posting. I'm totally leaving it though.
 
it looks better, but still has weird stuff going on.

first, the main page image is different from the other images. That's ok as long as the images are similiar in size and color.

The background is a different color than the main graphic. That's ok if it is in some kind of visual container. Speaking of which, you should but the content area in some kind of visual container.

The forum colors don't match the main page colors.

edit: here's an example. not the best thing in the world, but you can how adding some simple elements will "pull" your eye towards the content.

this page has some good ideas on where to start.. You don't have to copy them, but if you look at how all the information and elements are organized, you can see you can work towards a better design.

It's got tab type buttons... Looks like the information is going to open in the little box on the bottom but IT DOESNT. Kinda throws ya off.
