Forgot I sent this in. Made sourdough bread again, but held back a loaf worth of dough and left it in the fridge overnight. Rolled it out last night into a couple pizza crusts.

Holy fuck it turned out good. Maybe not as misshapen and burnt as its supposed to be, but I've got a new default pizza crust now.

Oh and I didn't break the kitchenaid this time.
 
Really good non alcoholic drink I made yesterday with leftovers:

Ice
1 Oz light agave syrup (simple syrup would work)
2 Oz unfiltered apple cider vinegar
4 Oz tart cherry juice
4 Oz chilled topo chico (San pellegrino would work)

Mix ice vinegar, cherry juice, agave syrup, shake. Collins glass. Fill rest of the way with topo chico.

I didn't measure but it's close.
