The joys of working

You asked for it. So I deal with customers all day. getting balmed for problems that I did not cause. My Team leader just recently got promoted to Import Manager. Which I am really happy for her. Problem is that we just hired someone new who I have to train and another girl there is learning some new stuff which I also have to train her on. So it woudl make sense that I would become team leader right? Well not according to my boss. I got the Lets see if you can live up to the previous one before you get the job speach. So I get to do al the work, work all the extra hours and not get compensated for it. Sucks!
