I like the AB in the GB
How much steam will it have to endure?
In theory, very little with the condensate hood installed and venting to the outside.

So when I redid the bathroom I told the contractor I wanted to do as much of the work as possible, but didn't have time to deal with plumbing or laying down the floor so we reviewed all the crap I was doing, including the paint. He advised semi-gloss on the ceiling because it's a bathroom 'even though you've got a decent fan.' He said that ceilings with flat paint tend to get ruined faster.

The 2 inch polyiso glued to advantech sheathing looks fantastic though. Love the advantech products.

I've started thinking about our next move based on climate change. If that really does factor in, Denver is totally out.that net zero stuff is the only thing that could get me to consider moving.
It’s so fricken neat.
