Love the lights and darks and knot pattern here and there.


What's especially cool is how this spot looks as if those two could've come out of the tree next to each other and then ended up on the floor in the same relationship.

The wall was fastened into place with 3 1/8” GRK screws at the top, and we used the Ramset for the bottom. One nail per bay.

I will now be solving all home improvement issues with the Ramset.

With assistance of my better half the bottom piece of plywood is up.

We will now cut the second, upper piece, and install that.

I will also be drilling one 1/2” hole at the top of each stud bay for convenience.
