Found a super reasonable place online for cabinet doors. Looks like all in with doors, laminate for the faces, and end panels is gonna be about $1500.

compressor is fully variable, air handler is like 5 stage.

that said, the days of luke-warm heat pumps are gone. Was 34 out last night, and it was pushing out air hot enough that I really couldnt distinguish a difference from oil heat.
