He's got the 1/4" plywood backing sitting in a rabbet to resist racking. That'll probably do the trick.

I think I recall reading that. However, my 170mbit seems to do just fine.

It's easy (and fun!) to make fun of a bunch of unmaintainable code written by rank amateurs, but when it would be literally a "20 years ago" feature that would instantly make at least the least rank of amateurs' code somewhat readable, it seems like it would have been a no brainer feature to add at the beginning.
