Ontopic The Great Recession of 2019?

I did not understand people doing this last time around. Fucking idiots.
I was HR at the time and had to talk people out of taking money from their retirement.

Me. I had to tell high level employees to not be fucking dolts.

I was unaffected by the last recession, and actually benefited from it. I plan to do the same again.

Same. Bought a new construction town home at the bottom of the market where the low ass monthly mortgage I pay for 1800 square and an attached has made life a hell of a lot easier now. I couldn't even imagine trying to rent, much less buy, with the market where it is. Avg Rents in Tampa are close to $500 more than what I'm paying.
