I was unaffected by the last recession, and actually benefited from it. I plan to do the same again.
Indeed. We are positioned to not take it up the ass nearly as bad as everyone else, but then take advantage when the time is right.

Same. Bought a new construction town home at the bottom of the market where the low ass monthly mortgage I pay for 1800 square and an attached has made life a hell of a lot easier now. I couldn't even imagine trying to rent, much less buy, with the market where it is. Avg Rents in Tampa are close to $500 more than what I'm paying.
