Poll: Do you consider selling items on eBay (low volume, maybe 10 or 20 items a yr) a business?

I had a buyer of one of my auctions say that anything bought or sold on eBay is a business transaction. I've always considered someone with low feedback (myself) who rarely sells items on there not a business but more a personal transaction, like selling something like a lawn mower or whatever in the newspaper to another buyer.

Thoughts?

Nope, it's a hobby. Unless you derive a significant source of income from it, it's not a business.

Going by this douchebags logic selling shit at a yard sale is a business.
