I was on the stationary bike this morning, because no pool for me with stitches, and the guy on the bike next to me signed into his health account as Hermann Goehring.

At the Jewish Community Center.

I have bad taste, but it's not _that_ bad.

I've been maintaining daily calisthenics now for about 2 months. I alternate between push-ups on the push up bars, burpees on the push up bars, and some days I just do an ab workout. My cardio is definitely lacking. The hardest part of this whole thing is sticking to a low-calorie regimen. I still have a layer of blubber that I'd like to get rid of.
3 to 5 p.m. is the killer point. It's snack time! I should probably keep baby carrots around so I have something to chew on.
