I'm down under 10 minute miles for my 5 miler in the morning. Today I left at 5:13 and got back at 6:01.
I also had to stop in the first mile to pick up the dog's poo. I bagged it, and went to leave it on the cinder block wall next to the sidewalk, so I could grab it on the way home, and the cinder block wall was hollow, and open at the top.
The bagged poo fell 6 feet down the inside of a hollow cinder block wall.
Don't ever make that mistake again.1 month from today is my half marathon![]()
Yeah, you're too old for that shit. Stick to fun 5ks. Most of the health benefits, without all the health problems of longer races.My knees hate me.
