Rode bike for about an hour and a half yesterday. Need a softer seat. No I'm not wearing those stretchy shorts with the built in maxipad. Just gonna get a better seat.
I've been working out every day. Between that and doing 16/8, I've lost a lot of weight. I'm down to 158, and prefer to be between 162-165. Gonna have to shoehorn in some more calories so I can get my COVID 19.

You need a better seat.
All bikes need better seats.
Generally the more expensive the bike the shittier the seat.
