It's truly amazing how much more fat there is...
I’m growing concerned, Nukesie. Are you sure you don’t have body dismorphic disorder? 135 should be a good target weight for your frame, I’d think.

Please say you’re not trying to lose more, just convert it to muscle.

I'd love to "convert" my remaining fat to muscle. I'm not worried about actual weight at all. Belly is flat (for an almost 54 year old) and I've got hella abs under the last remaining layer of fat.
Difficult to build muscle at this age.
I walked 2 miles today.
Ate some crap tho. It may balance out.

Another 2 miles of swimming down.

I can't wait for February, my son will turn 13, and I'll start taking him to the gym with me on Tuesday/Thursday so that I can whip his butt into shape on the weights.
