Who here enjoys caviar?

I'm no expert but the best caviar I've had is the Iranian Golden Ossetra and I am proud that Presidential candidate Barack Obama also enjoys this type of caviar. I've also had the American Transmontanus Rex, also called T-Rex, and found it quite lovely, and the price is very reasonable at around $55 an ounce depending on where you go.

I prefer a presentation that includes blini, chopped hard-boiled egg, sour cream, and chives.

I'm not a fan of serving caviar on toast points.

Would anyone else care to share thought son caviar?
 
never liked it at all, seafood is one of those things i just find hard to stomach.

i can eat raw meat, but not seafood.

It's the texture that I find hard to handle for most types of seafood, but I love a good hunk of red meat. The less cooked the better... if cooked at all.
