I witnessed a girl do it in a bar bet back in the 90s. she actually got the gallon of milk down but couldn't keep it down.

I heard you can use any liquid and you will puke before the gallon is up.

pretty sure you can with other liquids but the problem with milk in particular is your body can't handle that much lactic acid at once

I always heard it had more to do with lack of stomach capacity.

Radio stations used to do it here every year with eggnog, but after someone died in arizona or something drinking water, they quit the drink eggnog till you puke promos.
