So I just came out of a meeting with the rest of our department. Within 3 to 6 months my department departs to India.

This hangover isn't helping matters any, either.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. Our work is going over to India, they are closing us down in 3 to 6 months. It's not a relocation.

Since he works retail for a major company, he is very mobile and can easily to a transfer. He doesn't make enough, however, for the mortgage and car, though.

Moving is definitely an option, and most likely the direction we want to go. Just where and what I can find really decide the move.
