Pretty much if they're a general 2 or 3 sizes for everyone like ear buds.

People that use IEMs all the time go in and have molds made of their actual ears, then have earpieces custom made from that.

You mean like @fly is now servicing the chihuahua demographic for dilrods? nah. Getting ready for an interview, gotta keep my mind out of the gutter in case the lady is hot-ish.

Correction - 3 molds for each side. Inside, then a reverse, then a reverse of that to make an inner.
