So when you think about your body modification (or maintenance if you're happy with where you are)
Do you care more about the weight you're at or want to be? Or do you care about the amount of fat you have or want to have?
For example, lots of girls have the 115-125 range for weight. But if you weighed 130 and had no extra fat on your body that you wouldn't want (we all know Ape wants about 25 more pounds of fat on her chest) would you be happy or would you still care about that weight?

Personally, I'd rather care about the Body Fat. I've weighed 170 before and looked bigger (read: fatter) than I do now. I don't see the point to having a set weight because that fluctuates so easily and you can look skinnier even though you've put on 10 pounds.
