sooooo. i made something.

Im using dual lcds now too.
Is there a trick or software to synch the display colors?
On my setup one is darker than the other and I cant get them to look the same.
Anyone have any ideas?

is one DVI and the other VGA? Usually one will show brighter than the other but I forget which one. I'm not sure if there is a way to tone down the brighter one besides the monitor's physical settings. I just realized this post was totally useless, yet I find myself clicking submit anyways.

i run duals @ work, one on dvi, the other vga...

right before the icons start appearing they look exactly the same, then all of a sudden the dvi one dims a bit, wtf...

i think there is some setting i am missing or somthing, i'll fix it some day...

Check and see if you have software in your startup folder like "Color Calibration" or "Adobe Gamma Blah"

I don't even have my desktop setup, it's still atop my closet in boxes.

Loving my Dell Inspiron 6400 at the minute. Best laptop I've ever used. Small, powerful and lightweight. Nice and solid too, which is surprising from a Dell.

Yeah, the 2nd monitors on card that only has a DVI plug on it, and its using a VGA adapter (came with the card)

The adobe gamma thing is in the startup folder on that machine. I can yoink it if its jacking things up.

we have 2 setups at work one that runs dual monitors and one with triple (3x1)

Both that have a VGA adapted to DVI seem to be a tad dimmer than the straight up DVI ones. Just my observation, I'm not sure if there is a setting to fix this but I don't see one on the Matrox card or the NVidia machine either.

If that is his cock showing (and I assume it is,) that's child pornography, El B's underage.
