Just saw it posted at another forum again, thought I'd share.
 
My dad actually got attacked by one of those when he was a kid. Still has a nice big round scar on his leg. He said their teeth are so sharp you don't really feel anything, just a pull on the skin as they suck all your blood out.

It's goatse and lemonparty made really small iirc.
 
They're lamprey mouths. If you've ever seen one of the evil little fuckers in real life you'd know right away. Nothing else looks like a real life sarlaac pit. I hate those nasty little bastards.
