I have one. It's great. Espescially since my wife loves really soft beds, and I like more firm. As said, the only thing stopping me from the Tempurpedic was the heat.

You need to ask yourself what they do with the beds once people exchange them in 30 days.

Which is why I loved the company we had. We had a 60 day comfort guarantee but we'd go in and rebuild the bed we sold you, so you'd always get the same bed back, just built differently. We also had a very strict "No Return" policy, because what do you do with a bed if you take it back?

I know I'll never buy a bed from another company.
