I heard that one. Where they said there were 200,000 Iraqi soldiers/policemen now "standing up", which was the same number they gave a year ago (when everyone knew it was a lie).

I totally disagree. The US would have been a more logical place than Iraq. Now Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, or Syria? I think those would be logical places.
