Food So Has Anyone Brewed Beer Before?

Dropped a halved vanilla bean into our blueberry berliner yesterday. Hoping to keg on Tuesday!
This blueberry berliner is now the best beer we've ever made. The pH only got down to about 3.8, when I was hoping for 3.4, but its a total Bob Ross mistake. The damn thing is delicious.

15 Pounds Viking 2-Row Pale
1 Pound Crystal 70/80 Malt
1 pound Sweet Caramel Malt
1 pound Blonde Roast Oats

Hops
4 oz HBC342
2oz Simcoe
2oz mosaic
8oz Lemondrop

We have some orange peels in the freezer too, along with a full spice drawer.

And we have Lots of garden mint and thyme available.

The plan is to make three 5 gallon batches.

You could get pretty close to this. Just swap in the oats for the wheat.


And some coriander would be good to add if you want...
