Food So Has Anyone Brewed Beer Before?

I've got an idea for a cookie chocolate stout.

I'd love to brew my ass off, but who the fuck is going to drink it. :(

Gonna get into bottling. I have a Blichman Beer Gun.
That's why we're brewing stouts. We can just let them age. We'll probably do a barleywine too, as those generally need at least a year anyway.

We were talking with one of the breweries back in March about how they were shifting their schedule to brew some stuff that was more "shelf stable".

I'm tempted to buy a seamer and do a beer club local, but that's a lotta money for a good one.

Just keg it. Much better for long term storage. You'll get a helluva lot less oxygen in it than if you bottled.

I've still got a bottle of ghost pepper pepperoni beer I've been meaning to mail down south to @fly.

As well as an oyster stout with actual oysters in it.
