Food So Has Anyone Brewed Beer Before?

Can’t drink Skyrim.

Got a couple brews on deck.

American Pale Ale we’ve done before and loved.

An original recipe using the Hothead yeast @fly told me about. It’ll have some Galena, Calypso, and Green Bullett hops in it. Shooting for a 4.2% ABV.

And there’s a California style lager kit I picked up.

Should have some solid offerings for the Stupor Bowel.

Just had a friend give us 2 kegs, a 5# CO2 tank, and a regulator. Not sure if I'm going to use it to serve beer at different pressures, or to serve the Hard Water at about 25PSI.

you don’t need to serve that high if you force carb the fuck outta it.

Been our experience anyways.

Also, serving at 25psi is great if you want to ha e burping contests.

Tossed 23L of cheap shitty apple juice and pectic enzyme in a bucket last night. Grabbing some Safale S-04 on the way home this evening to pitch in there.

Time for another round of boring ass cider!

It will just eventually come back out.

And for whatever reason, seltzer just doesn't seem to hold on to CO2 as well as beer does.

So I've decided boring ass cider is gonna become festive ass cider.

Gonna soak a bunch of cinnamon/cloves/nutmeg/vanilla/whatever in some vodka, and fire it in.

Should be ready right in time for christmas to be well over.
