Pretty sure wessels is still 12 at heart. And 19 not at heart.Aren't both of them a little old to be drinking for effect at this point?
Yeah, I like to shoot for 5-6%; they prefer 7-9%. Although at the other end of the spectrum, we had a 12% stout that took over 6 months to get through. It was WAAAAY too much for anyone to attempt.Not looking to get people smashed.

Just had a friend give us 2 kegs, a 5# CO2 tank, and a regulator. Not sure if I'm going to use it to serve beer at different pressures, or to serve the Hard Water at about 25PSI.

It will just eventually come back out.you don’t need to serve that high if you force carb the fuck outta it.

And for whatever reason, seltzer just doesn't seem to hold on to CO2 as well as beer does.
