ditto that. my night ended about 3am as well. I woke up a little while ago and moved to the couch to watch tv and nap. had an awesome date. one tonight should be pretty good too. awwww yeah :cool:
 
i was awake at 3:30, 4:15, 5, and then 5:30 for good.

shitty sleep indeed. oh and hey, i'm at work today, great.
 
i'm headed to work meself.



though my work entails throwing orange and blue beads into a crowd and playing the UF fight song ad nauseum and drinking.. and corn dogs. and .. stuff.

i'm on a conference call with a clueless guy. i wanna strangle him right about now.

but tonight i'm gonna pop a pill and have a great sleep i believe...
 
Yeah I have the body clock thing.

I've always had issues with sleeping. It would take about an hour to go to sleep and I would wake up 5 or 6 times a night. Now that I've moved I took the tv out of the bedroom and it helped the getting to sleep part but not the staying to sleep stuff.
 
Down at 2, up by 7:30. Lame. Needed about 2 hours more to oversleep the mild hangover I got.

I can't fall asleep without a tv or radio. I need something audible to pre-occupy my brain. Silence - nope. Can't fall asleep to it. Once I'm out, I stay out though. Until the body clock kicks.
