Created a Brian Eno station on Pandora, and love it, very good background music. For headphone times (read: when I can't stand the office noise) I've got Ladytron and Goldfrapp stations that add some interest to the day. Otherwise, Mum still gets lots of play, Sigur Ros, Trentemoller and others.
