Go with lemon extract.

I zested a pile of lemons once and put the zest in vodka to make lemon extract, and it sat on my liquor cabinet for a while. Friend was over at the house, spotted it and said "dude, homemade lemon vodka?" ... "uh, yeah" ... "can I try?"... "ok"

Well he took a fucking shot glass of it. Which was pretty much like having a shot glass of pledge... everything smelled like pledge for hours, and apparently it makes your shit smell like pledge too.

I vote for me. Someone needs to moderate this site when all you Americans are asleep at the wrong time of day. I could also correct much of the spelling here and possibly write a script to put all the missing 'u's back where they belong.
