No I live in the inner city but good walks with nothing and nobody around for miles is not too far away Hence I drive to most of our walks for some solitude - This was a 5hr walk we've wanted to do for a while - the winds were so strong up near the top we had to crouch down at certain points not to be blown back slightly Great walk I think DJB has some pictures from the top but this is what the top is like:

Also while we have 'blank' land Domon a lot of our farm lands etc have public right of way meaning you're legally allowed to walk across them so you can walk a lot in the countryside here - in Scotland there are iirc even less restrictions on where you can walk and camp on land
