Thats about 5-10 miles south of where I live now, about a mile or two east of where I used to live. I cannot imagine the traffice nightmare every Sunday, not to mention the riff raff and crap that a stadium would bring into the area. The city I live in now, just north of Blaine, is relatively rural for being a Suburb. There is no city sewer and water, 1 acre lot minimums, and limited commercial development. I fear if they build the stadium the city will be pushed into developing more crap.
