that's what i wondered about the place around the corner, then it went out of business. perhaps they're being supported by another more lucrative venture with the same owner.

well, i think if it's under 50cc here it's officially classified as a moped or something so you have free reign. anything over and it's officially classified as a scooter and then some laws and regulations kick in.
