Here's the rules as they currently stand. I didn't want them getting lost in threads. These aren't set in stone yet, so feel free to make a thread to comment on them.

Level 1 Violation
Breaking any of the following rules will get you banned without warning or appeal
1. Posting of personal information (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, passwords, personal identification numbers, images) or any other information considered private without the express permission of the individual.
2. Making Useless Chatter or the Proving Grounds not safe for work. This includes swearing or inappropriate thread titles, posting porn or gross pictures in img tags, or not marking links NWS that aren’t safe for work.
3. Posting a malicious link (any URL with spyware or code designed to annoy people).

Level 2 Violation
These will be assigned punishment at a later date. The decisions can be appealed to supermods.
1. Excessive bashing based on race/sex/gender/sexual preferences.
2. Excessively harassing mods/supermods/admins.
3. Excessive/repeated trolling.
4. Using UF to harass someone or attack/bitch about other sites
5. Posting copyrighted content without permisson, or using UF to obtain illegal software/product keys and other warez related content. This includes discussion of illegal downloads.
6. thrawn is a cock hungry ass clown.

Level 3 Violation
These aren’t really strickly enforced, but can result in punishment if you get really carried away with it. You must be warned at least once before any action can be taken on these rules. The decisions can be appealed to the supermods.
1. Postwhoring - Postwhoring is defined as posting short/unnecessary replies multiple times in the same thread AND/OR creating multiple useless threads with multiple useless replies, AND/OR replying to random threads with same/useless replies.
2. Bandwagon threads/replies/posts
3. Post sniping
