That's why you find a place that all you have to say is work on this side of the river. Or use whatever name they refer to it as. Every company has their own names for which side of the river you're on. Then you don't need a resume.

Oddly enough most people in the real world still do. And now that social selling is such a hot topic even more than ever.
I've had a profile for years and it's good for a job hunt but I've not a clue how to manage our business pages etc. and wtf content people expect to put on there to share etc. Seems very pointless.

Ya... it's great for jobs, but all social media is utter crap. Rarely does anyone post anything worth a read. It's only done for the SEO and page hits.
