i dated a girl who had a cat. The girl was nice, but I couldn't get over the cat thing. Apparently she wasn't 'enough.'

Anyhoo
All i know is that who ever babysat the cat told him as soon as he landed that it was acting weird or sick or some shit
He took it to the vet at 2am
He had the cat for like 15+ years
He was super sad and upset and I said "sorry for your loss" and I haven't brought it up since
15 years? Fuck, I'd be upset if I lost my favorite keepsake of whatever I had for 15 years let alone a cat. Poor guy, that sucks. Give him credit for expressing feelings at least.
