bull moose party or bust
Anyone putting any odds on the Repubs keeping their seats in the House and Senate or the governor keeping his seat in WI in next election?
And the bill they did sign had absolutely 0 to do with the budget. Just simply stripped collective bargaining rights away. From all but those groups that donated to Walker's campaign, of course (the police and fireman's unions).I'm not sure what additional money they will be saving. The labor union made every concession asked of them.
What part of Obama stating he will fight FOR unions did you miss? I certainly missed the Repub platform on stripping union rights and abortion and spending millions on fighting FOR DOMA in Congress and taking a week vacation for every two weeks of work when they were campaigning in 2010. I thought it was about jobs and getting back the economy.
And if you think this was about saving the state money you are the most blind person Stevie Wonder has never seen.
IN took away similar collective barganing 6 yrs ago with a Governors penstroke. Their balance sheet today is to be envied.
Don't hate the loyalty when it doesn't go your way.
