I'm pretty sure it has to do with iOS uploading data. My internet connection has plenty of bandwidth for downloading, but bugger all for uploading.
Yeah as soon as I disconnect it from the wifi, the problems goes away. As soon as I connect it back to the wifi, the problem reappears. Why are you pretty sure it's the phone uploading shit.
Turn it off for a bit and see if the problem goes away.
Yeah I need to learn how to use that. I've used it for my PC taffic, but I have no idea how to capture traffic on wifi devices from my PC.Wireshark it
By no means an expert. Can you see where it's uploading data to? Cause then you can figure out the app. I know you said it's iOS that's doing it but you might be able to figure out a specific aspect of iOS and disable it.Yeah I need to learn how to use that. Nah i don't have anything setup (i.e. a proxy, or network tap) to analyze the network traffic.By no means an expert. Can you see where it's uploading data to? iOS doesn't have anything that shows what's using bandwidth?
That's weird that they don't show you that data.No.
It does have a battery usage monitor listed by app. Which might be helpful here.

For the most part though, there is feature parity between Android and iOS. That's why it's odd.never had a need for it personally.
I suspect the Aussie contingent has some shady shit running on that phone that they don't know about. It is possible.
I'd do a format C: on it.

Yeah, it would have to be a system app. Apps are siloed into their own space with essentially no ability to see each other.I couldn't even find an app to do per app bandwidth monitoring.

He has to wait for the planet to rotate so Oz is at an optimal angle.
