Did he realize that? I don't think that he did.I'm just glad he finally realized what a dumbass idea it was to run a 50" TV as a monitor.

Better 4k 50" than 1080p 50", I guess.Did he realize that? I don't think that he did.
1070 handles it just fine most the time actually.Dafuq vidja card you running that will do 4k60p framerates?
55. And im down to 43 now. i could reasonably go to 32, but the 42 was cheaper for some panel sizing rason.I'm just glad he finally realized what a dumbass idea it was to run a 50" TV as a monitor.

I can't imagine word processing on a monitor like that, having to scan your head left to right to get from one end of the line to another, tripping on every blocky pixel on the way
No it doesnt1070 handles it just fine most the time actually.
does for the stuff i play, but im not playing cutting edge stuff anymore. I dunno what the current best looking game is even anymoreNo it doesnt
And the blacks on that shit 42" non-OLED panel are just atrocious. No it doesnt
Tryin to get my reciever to do something really obvious, but I cant figure it out. I think im becoming an old person whos bad at technology
Two HDMI ins, two HDMI outs. I just want to map HDMI in 1 to hdmi 1 out, and hdmi in 2 to hdmi 2 out. That seems a really simple thing to do, that i cant do
I have to manually switch the output whenever i load the source right now, and its kinda a pain.

precisely what i said. What are you trying to do
precisely what i said.
i have two tv's a wall mounted older 1080p (hdmi out 1), that gets input from the fire cube (hdmi 1 in). And a 4k tv in another room (hdmi out 2) that gets input from the htpc (hdmi in 2). Just want them to be paired so when i switch the input it automatically switches the output.

why not just plug the fire cube directly into the tv
The audio won't out of the TV speakers?unfortunately that tv doesnt have arc, so the audio wouldnt make it back out.
