Weight training suggests 1g per pound of body weight. Have no idea what the endurance training suggests though.
hmm. is running 4-5 miles 4-5x per week 'endurance' training?

I ask because someone who's a waiter puts on some serious 'walking' distance every working day but I wouldn't necessarily call it 'endurance.'

Like you, are you 'training' or 'maintaining'? And - is there a dietary difference?
 
its the starch, thats what its being narrowed down to. the starch affects the lining of my stomach really bad.
Ugh - that takes out like everything doesn't it? I have a friend with a wheat and corn allergy and so even some gluten free flours she can't do but a few she can. She loves to bake so it's been tough.

No rice or pizza or tortillas or noodles would make me super sad :(

I miss rice the most i think.
i had sushi last week and it killed me.
i didn't care tho. it was so delishuz.
