Post Cool Stuff You Have Found

I just tell my boss that I can get tech advice from you guys so he doesn't care if he sees me on UF during the day from time to time. Justifying your behavior is way more effective than hiding it...assuming your boss is cool like mine and let's his people do what they need to do to get things done.
 
oh, a foot button now that is pretty good. My only thing is its my boss who is always looking at the disquisting porn that makes you wanna throw up. I wonder if I can string it along so that when he has stuff like that I can hit the button on his computer???? lol

My boss is the same way. He's very against Micromanagement. We're all adults hired to do a job so just fucking do it. That explains why we're one of the most effective departments on campus and why all of us have been here for years and years.

I've never worked a job that didn't offer that sort of autonomy and I wouldn't take one that didn't.

My opinion is, as long as you aren't doing anything illegal or against company policy, and you are getting your work done and done well who cares about the process. My IR office has been running under the current administration since 1997 and is quite effective; I've been here since Spring '03.
 
my exboyfriend chris found an anal bead that had broken off its chain about a foot up in my asshole - must have been there for years, thank god he's such a thorough trashman, or I never would have known it was up there
