I ate this a bunch in spain...pretty tasty
called pulpo which is spanish for octopus...it's boiled, seasoned and covered in olive oil

No. Not at all. Pork rinds is eating plain fat and skin. Calamari is eating fried seafood.

it's served hot and is fairly tender...I think they might tenderize it

edit: tastes a bit different but that's prolly from seasoning and olive oil

they have the best lobster I've ever had too in NW Spain...made maine lobster seem like dog food...ate it a bunch grilled on the 1/2 shell...so good
