Pics Parkour/freerunning/urban-exploration

I've been thinking it would be cool to get into this recently but have no idea where to start. Would be awesome to be able to scale walls by just running at them etc.

nemo has never really struck me as the coordinated type. parkour could be very bad for your health
 
I have a medial condition diagnosed earlier this year called hypermobility which means I'm more flexible than the general population. Can flex my shoulders, knees, elbows, wrists and fingers back further than is natural.
