My grandma's knees tell the weather better.
I don't believe in "global warming" in the sense that the media/government/money-grubbers is throwing us. Yes the earth may get warmer by a few degrees over a century, but the earth IS ALWAYS evolving from warmer to colder. Nothing we are doing as humans is causing the weather to change on a scale that is that ridiculously large.
I'm surprised you of all people feel that way.

I can't wait till the Chesapeake Bay can support an abundant crab and oyster harvest again. Now that we're clear on how it's all a lie I'm sure things will improve instantly.

But how do you know that? Not saying I have proof myself, but when so many scientists are saying global warming is very plausible and the ramifications if they are right, I'd rather be safe than sorry.
I really don't know which side to believe. At this point, both sides have too much vested interest in the outcome.
Either way, there's absolutely no progress being made on solving the issue. Some newspaper in Canada recently opined that China's one-child policy was a great idea and the way of the future. In the UK, politicians are telling everyone that they shouldn't have children. Just about everywhere, people (some of them in authority) are coming up with insane ideas, and the worst part is some of them are getting taken seriously. Global warming is the new terrorism, governments are using it to push just about everything they want.
Meanwhile, in Copenhagen, nothing's getting done because developing countries (if China can still be considered developing) are trying to use it to screw the developed countries, and the developed countries aren't having any of it. Hugo Chavez is telling everyone that capitalism's to blame and that socialism will save the planet, and getting a standing ovation.

Like I said, I'm all about being good to the environment, but I don't appreciate someone pulling the wool over my eyes.
Not all scientists believe or have found global warming to be plausible in their studies.

I will also find credible links that 'global warming' scientists have been known to 'fudge' their data to be in line with the mainstream ideals... they have their reasons.

Pollution and global warming are kinda two different things. And pollution wouldn't even much as matter there, if you hadn't harvested all the fucking oysters. How many years does it take them to filter the Bay these days?
And I'm not saying that global warming doesn't exist. There are a ton of scientists who say it does. But there was also a ton of scientists forty years ago that said we were turning the Earth into a snowball. Why the hell should we trust the scientists this time?
The Earth is pretty damn good at balancing itself out. I think all our CO2 emissions total .0000145654% of the atmosphere. There is certainly a good chance that the Earth has a counter balance for it.

We rarely even get SNOW to be even called SNOW, (meaning an inch and it melts the next day or something), and we were dumped with this shit.
Let's just say "fuck the neighbors" when you clear off your truck and just drive over the snow drifts in your space a few times, instead of shoveling. LOL!!
